Encounter Church Toledo

Pastor Joshua James is the Lead Pastor & Worship Leader. He has been pastoring in Toledo for nearly 20 years. In early 2022, Pastor Josh felt God calling him to plant a church. Inspired by Romans 15:20,

"Accordingly I set a goal to preach the gospel,

not where Christ’s name was already known,

so that I would not build on another man’s foundation",

Encounter Church Toledo held it's first service in September 2022. Pastor Josh and his wife Jessica have 4 children: Shiloh, River, Arrow and Chariot.
